This Privacy Policy describes how LIBRERE LLC ("LIBRERE," "we," or "us") handles information in connection with librere.com and the brand sites it operates, including Calor and Freya. LIBRERE collects the minimum information needed to provide support, fulfill orders, and operate its sites.

2. Information we collect

• Contact information you provide. If you email support@librere.com or submit an email address on a brand site, we receive whatever you send — typically an email address and the content of your message.
• Purchase information. Purchases made through Amazon, Apple, Google, or another third-party platform are processed and stored by that platform, not by LIBRERE directly. LIBRERE does not receive or store your payment card details.
• Basic site analytics. Our hosting and content-delivery provider (Cloudflare) processes standard web request data (such as IP address and browser type) to serve pages and protect the site against abuse.

3. How we use information

We use the information described above to respond to support requests, deliver email updates you have opted into, operate and secure our sites, and improve our products. We do not sell personal information.

4. Third-party services

LIBRERE relies on third-party services to operate its sites and fulfill orders, including Cloudflare (hosting and security), Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing and the Apple App Store / Google Play (purchases and distribution), and an email delivery provider for newsletter sign-ups on brand sites. Each of these providers processes data under its own privacy policy.

5. Cookies

librere.com does not set marketing or tracking cookies. Individual brand sites may use minimal functional cookies (for example, to remember a newsletter sign-up) or third-party analytics; see the applicable brand site for specifics.

6. Data retention and security

We retain support correspondence and email sign-up records for as long as needed to provide support and comply with legal obligations, and we take reasonable technical measures to protect that information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. Your choices

You can unsubscribe from any LIBRERE brand's email list using the link in that email, or request that we delete information you've provided by emailing support@librere.com.

8. Children's privacy

LIBRERE's sites and products are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Changes to this policy

LIBRERE may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision.
